We have some lovely music that the choir is working on for May. We start the month with a haunting version of Come To The Table, which will clearly remind you of music of the Renaissance Period. On Sunday, May 9th, Pivot House, a Drug/Alcohol Recovery Program centered in Bridgeport, will once again be with us. The men will be singing two pieces that will be heart lifting to all of you AND all of your mothers in attendance. It is Mother's Day!! Our own choir, not to be out-done, is going to attempt to sing a very modern Gospel song called "It's My Desire".
Some time in May we will offer the Gloria In Excelsis Deo from the Mozart Twelfth Mass (A most ambitious piece). On Memorial Day Sunday a stirring rendition of God Bless America will be sung by Cortney Zamm.
